We’re seeking highly qualified candidates for a future contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). US citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis of technical and general ledger accounting.

Prepare federal financial statements and notes.
-
Develop financial management procedures and interpret federal property accounting.
-
Research, analyze, and reconcile intragovernmental transactions.
-
Develop and apply financial policies, regulations, and directives.
-
Prepare and present briefing materials to all government levels.
-
Advise management on financial service delivery options and audit remediation.
-
Work with standards like FMFIA, FFMIA, FISMA, GAO, and apply SharePoint.

Lead teams with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree and/or 4-8 years of experience in Accounting.
-
At least 6 years of related management consulting/accounting experience, including conducting studies and making recommendations on operational programs.
